Butter biscuits
Whenever I have these simple biscuits I am immediately transported back to my childhood with memories of mum and myself making these in the kitchen at home complete with 70s chic burnt orange formica bench tops and woodgrain cupboard doors. I still use mum’s old Kenwood Chef mixer that I remember from those times.
These biscuits are very easy to make, and fun for a child to decorate. Use 100s and 1,000s, toasted almonds, piped chocolate, chocolate cooking bits; glacé cherries; or cinnamon & sugar to decorate them. Continue reading →
