Pavlova is a great dessert for any party and for any occasion. With Christmas in Summer it’s no surprise that a pav will grace the desert table of many family meals tomorrow.

Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without home made fruit mince pies. Everyone loves these sweet little pastries! If you don’t have time to make your own fruit mince, you can buy it in jars from the supermarket. As I cheat and use pre-made puff pasty I try to make the fruit mince myself!
